At Hoshi Clothing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new pieces aren't quite right, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging with all Hoshi tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it to the outside of your package over any old labels.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to your local postal carrier or drop it off at an authorized shipping location, then wait for your refund or exchange confirmation via email.
